As part of the public outreach efforts for the Land Development Regulations (LDR) update, the Planning Division has created a series of Quick Fact Sheets designed to break larger planning concepts into smaller pieces. These sheets will be presented to the Planning Board and City Commission and highlighted at community open houses during the update process. Housing Options Self-Guided Tour
The purpose of this self-guided tour is to provide regional examples of other housing types that may not be allowed under today’s Land Development Regulations. The provided examples illustrate several housing choices that are well-designed, compact, and on smaller lots to meet the needs of a variety of different households and families.
