Youth Basketball League

The DeLand City Sports Youth Basketball League is open to girls and boys, ages 4 to 12. Players must reside in or around the Greater DeLand area.

There are two seasons for the DeLand City Youth Basketball League, Winter and Summer.

Location

Practices and games are mostly on weeknights at Chisholm Center or at a local school. The Chisholm Center is located at:
520 S Clara Avenue
DeLand, FL 32720

Fees

The cost is $80 per player, and the price includes a uniform (jersey and shorts).

Registration Deadlines

How to Register: We now have an online system to register from the comfort of your home (Civic Rec). Click the link https://secure.rec1.com/FL/deland-fl/catalog to create a profile / select the sport you choose to register in (FYI the sport registration must be open by date of registration) and continue to pay with credit card. If you choose to pay with cash or check you will still need to create a profile from home or in the office, and then pay cash or check in the office at 230 N. Stone street DeLand (next to freedom playground) between 8:00am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-4:30pm

Summer League Deadline: Wednesday before Memorial Day each year. *If spots fill up before the deadline we will have to close registration. (Age as of January 1, of same year)
Winter League Deadline: Third Wednesday of December each year. *If spots fill up before the deadline, we will have to close registration (Age as of July 1, of same year)
